Ouchie

As I said in the previous post, we have been so very busy. This past week I kept a friend of mine's little boy while they went on a little vacation. They dropped him off on Sunday and then his Granny came and picked him on on Friday. So we had 2 full time kids and at times, when Delanie was here, we had 3 kids. Yes, I am quite sure I can't handle that on a regular basis. two girls is enough.

We spent most of our week in the car driving to Tyler or sitting in DR office's. Monday was the allergist. Tuesday Delanie was here and we had a house full. Wednesday was school pictures. Thursday was pick up Delanie from school and ballet. Friday we saw the nutritionist to find out what MK is suppose to be eating. After we left there we went grocery shopping for Wheat-Free and Corn-Free food. It was quite a journey, I'll elaborate in future posts.

Friday also started a whole new journey. MK woke up with a bite on her eye. It was swollen and red and purple. I just gave her bennadryl, put medicine on it, and we went on our merry way. Well this morning she woke up with her eye matted shut and it was swollen more. So I called the DR. We went right up there at 9am. She has an infection b/c of this bite and is on an antibiotic to make it all better. It doesn't seem to bother her at all. Well to top off the bite on her eye she decided that she would fall and bust her lip open. She has really been trying to walk, and she fell and bit her lip. In this picture you can't see her swollen eye very well, which looks better, but it is her left eye. Poor Baby!!




She, we, have had a rough week. Keep us in your prayers. Especially since she is on a whole new diet.
